Explore our process for making hand-churned, Desi Cow Ghee in the traditional Vedic method, inspired by Ancient India. It starts with using only the A2 milk of the native Indian Gir Cows. This is followed by a detailed process that involves fermenting 35 litres of A2 milk into curd, which is hand-churned to obtain makkhan, to finally make 1 litre of Vedic A2 Ghee.

We strictly practice Ahimsa i.e. non-violence and equal-treatment, with the cows that we milk. Our cows are grass-fed, being allowed to graze freely in the open, and utmost care is taken to afford them comfortable living. Most importantly, our calves are given first milking-preferences.
